Welcome!  There are times in our lives when we decide that a change is needed so that we can achieve the highest level of happiness possible.  I have a large body of experience, having worked as a therapist for over 10 years.  During that time, I have worked with people with almost every type of issue.

I have experience and specialized training in a variety of counseling modalities, yet what I practice is a client-centered approach tailoring the treatment to the individual.  So whether you desire traditional therapy, marriage counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis or parenting skills, I am sure I can give you the best treatment  possible.

I am a Certified Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis with Rapid Resolution Therapy.  I have found this treatment modality especially helpful in clearing the negative effects the subconcious mind has been having on emotions, desires, memory, habits, thoughts, dreams and automatic responses.

I have also completed the Level I Marriage and Couples Counseling of the Gottman Institute. I help couples avoid pitfalls such as contempt or turning away from your partner. I teach them to build on positive aspects such as turning towards each other, solving solvable problems, building “love maps”, and nurturing your love for each other.
